The Payments Wires Support Team provides management, support and maintenance of the Wires ecosystem including domestic and international wire transfers. The team ensures the applications and associated systems and processes are performing efficiently to avoid business disruption.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems for the Wires ecosystem. You will determine the business needs and develop solutions to improve processes and functionality for the Wires applications.

How youll spend your time:
  • Partnering with UMBs lines of business to determine business needs. Identifying, recommending, and developing solutions to improve processes and functionality as it relates to the Wires applications.
  • Developing and writing business and functional requirements for Wires application changes.
  • Managing and documenting Wires specific application configuration and BAU system changes.
  • Developing and maintaining test cases and scripts to thoroughly test Wires application functionality for system changes and required regression.
  • Identifying risks to UMB and to our internal and external customers and working with our business partners to mitigate and to eliminate the identified risks.
Were excited to talk with you if:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, operations support, or performing systems analysis or similar analytical functions.
  • You have experience in data traceability or data mapping.
  • You have financial services or banking industry knowledge. Although this is not required, it is highly preferred.

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $54,180 to $90,300 annually. The selected candidates actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance.
