The primary function of this job is to assemble intricate parts and assemblies to manufacture circuit cards and chassis assemblies.

Essential Responsibilities:
This job requires proficiency in the use of soldering iron to perform certified soldering, tweezers, jewelers screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers and wrenches, pull test machine, special equipment on line station
Willingness to learn
Must demonstrate the manual dexterity required to perform repetitive assembly operations with reasonable speed and accuracy
Must be able to work under microscopes for long periods of time (requires good visual acuity, with or without correction)
Must be able to work to process under minimum supervision
Must possess basic computer skills within a Windows environment
Qualifications:
Desired candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in the assembly of small, intricate parts and assemblies and in performing expert soldering
Candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require proof of status prior to employment.
