- Mondays and Fridays - 6a-3p
- Tuesday - Thursdays - 8a-5p
Clinical Details
- APP needed for Outpatient Clinic in OH
- Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required. Mostly acute care.
- Patients: Avg. 10-15 PPD, ages 2 and up
- Privileges: Approximately 2-3 weeks
- Must complete a remote orientation prior to first shift
- Must be able to work as the sole provider
Requirements
- Active OH state License
- Active DEA with OH address
- Must have Workers Comp experience
- 3 yrs of outpatient experience as an APP
- 2 years of Workers comp experience as an APP
- Looking for commutable candidates only
