As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing administrative assistance to the field sales team. This position interacts daily with the Oshkosh office personnel and field sales team. Major duties include project coordination with sales, pricing, product and channel teams, campaign target research, assist with custom print artwork and quoting, and facilitating sample requests. The career path for this position could lead to a remote selling position for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Act as the lead coordinator between field sales, pricing product, channel, and customer service teams
  • Create custom print art proofs, utilizing Artifi system
  • Complete distribution item setup forms. Description, pricing, terms, weights/measures, logistics, etc.
  • Create quotes for custom print and assist with pricing needs
  • Utilize Salesforce for sample processing
  • Research campaign targets, update data in Salesforce and collaborate with sales
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist with customer activities as needed
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings
  • This role will be providing general support to the sales team, duties and tasks may vary based upon the sales team's area of focus


  • Detail oriented, flexible, and have strong organization, communication and computer skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and cross functionally
  • Ability to adapt to changing daily job functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excel spreadsheet knowledge
  • CRM experience a plus
